Important Information

Turnaround Time

Standard projects complete within 5-7 working days. Complex restorations may require additional time, which we communicate during the assessment phase.

Original Photographs

We accept digital scans or original photographs by post. Originals are handled with archival care and returned via tracked, insured delivery.

Revisions

Complete Restoration and Colourisation services include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are available at £25 per round.

Complex Projects

Photographs requiring extensive reconstruction may be quoted individually after assessment. We provide detailed pricing before any work begins.
