fresh-latch provides professional photograph restoration services including but not limited to colour correction, damage repair, reconstruction, colourisation, and archival printing. Service descriptions and pricing are provided on our website and in individual quotes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
All quotes provided are valid for thirty days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Complex projects may require individual assessment and pricing.
Payment is required in full before commencement of restoration work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer and major credit cards. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers.
You may cancel an order before work commences for a full refund. Once restoration work has begun, cancellation fees may apply based on the work completed. Completed projects are non-refundable.
When submitting photographs digitally, you are responsible for ensuring files are of sufficient quality for assessment and restoration. We recommend scanning at a minimum of 300 DPI.
When posting original photographs, we recommend using tracked and insured delivery. While we exercise the utmost care with all materials entrusted to us, we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit before they reach our studio.
By submitting photographs for restoration, you confirm that you own the photographs or have authorisation from the owner to commission restoration work. You retain all ownership rights to your photographs and the restored versions.
Estimated turnaround times are provided with each quote. While we endeavour to meet these estimates, they are not guaranteed. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Certain service tiers include revision rounds as specified in the service description. Additional revisions beyond those included are available at our standard revision rate.
Restoration outcomes depend on the original condition and quality of submitted photographs. While we apply professional expertise to achieve optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Heavily damaged photographs may have limitations on achievable restoration.
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of fresh-latch or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
We treat all client photographs and personal information as confidential. We will not share, publish, or use your photographs for any purpose other than providing our services without your explicit written consent.
